The Zumbro River Canoe Race is a benefit for the inner city youth of Rochester. Working in conjunction with the Friendship Place and Casa De Paz, Camp Victory Ministries and the Lake Zumbro Improvement Association raise scholarship money for underprivileged youth. The benefit gives children a camp experience and enables summer staff to provide programming to children in Rochester.
